Abstract

Project Management is a key element in the successful outcome of any project and the TCS prospective Project Leader (PL)/Project Manager (PM) is our company's face to the customer. The PL / PM must continuously enhance their knowledge and project management skills to meet the high expectations of our customers and to live up to our brand promise of "Experience Certainty".
